The apartment is in a great neighborhood on the corner of W 77th St. and Columbus Ave. It has access to the B/C/1/2/3 (A/D on nights/weekends) subway lines within a five block radius. Central Park is a block away (visible from windows). The American Museum of Natural History is across the street.

It's on the top floor of a 5-floor walk up (no elevator). Hardwood floors. Full 1br, separate kitchen and separate bathroom. Gas stove (1yr old), full-sized refrigerator (2yrs old). 12-ft ceilings. Window A/C unit (works great!). Two floor-to-ceiling closets. Bedroom has more than enough room for a queen bed, night stand, and dresser/bureau (I can't speak for a king bed because I have a queen bed).

The new tenant may have the couch and bed/frame by request.
