Gorgeous 3 bed, 2-floor duplex in Williamsburg with city views.

We sadly need to leave because of life changes - one of us moving back to UK / one of us moving out with boyfriend. Really sad to go because it's so comfy & feels like a proper home, but the time has come.

Apartment really is great - 3 King-size Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies - the one on the second floor is massive. We've had some pretty awesome house parties with about 50-60 people.

Big open plan layout downstairs: living, dining, kitchen, with spiral staircase to 2nd floor.
Central AC/Heat - you can control from both floors.
Laundry in building (washers/dryers) & dogs OK, just need to get landlord permission.

Bedroom #1 - 2nd floor, Walk-in wardrobe, access to large balcony.

Bedroom #2 - 2nd floor, Walk-in wardrobe, access to large balcony.

Bedroom #3 - 1st floor, access to smaller balcony.
