It's a duplex - style place - our bedroom is upstairs and the main living area is downstairs. We are snowboarders and have snowboarding bags, bikes and other gear in the apartment and have been very happy here. We live above a wonderful Thai restaurant, a great coffee spot across the street (Third Rail), a new Mexican ice cream place and so many great things on Sullivan. I'm bummed to leave the neighborhood and this lovely apartment. My husband and I had many great years here. It's not the largest space but it is new, clean, pest free and absolutely convenient in terms of modern amenities. You can spend entire weekends here exploring the butchers, bodegas, coffee shops, cafes, ice cream places, pizza places, etc all around.
