My roommate and I are leaving our awesome 2BR on the UES! It’s a true 2BR with rooms on opposite side. Quiet section of the UES near Carl Schurz Park, Asphalt Green, and cute coffee shops.

Our lease ends August 31st - management will likely just have you sign a new 1 year lease but there's a possibility you would be taking over our lease until August 31st with the option to renew at that time. We are flexible on move-in date - anytime between now and July 1 works for us (days would be prorated in June if moving mid-month)!

Financials:
First and security to move-in; we'll be connecting you with management for all things finance. Standard requirements (40x rent, good credit). There was a small application fee for background check - maybe $50? - but no other fees associated with move-in.

Utilities:
Utilities are gas/electric (ConEd) and are usually around $70 a month. Cable/internet is Spectrum. Heat and hot water included in rent.

Odds and Ends:
Virtual doorman system. 5th floor walk up. Both rooms have closets. Very responsive super.

No laundry in building but there's a 24 hour laundromat across the street (that also does drop-off) and a dry cleaner next door

Closest subway is the Q on 86th street and one block away from the 86th street cross-town bus.
