"Sunny" = It is really, truly full of light. Even in the winter. You're on the top floor, with southern exposure windows in the living room and bedroom, and skylights in the kitchen and bathroom.

The view is all trees and brownstones on a residential street. The neighbors are lovely people and it's a quiet building. High ceilings, original crown molding, tall closets.

It's a 5 min walk to the Kingston/Throop C train and < 10 min to Brower Park.

LAUNDRY: Really clean, family-run laundromat on the corner

GROCERIES/RESTAURANTS/BARS: A Super FoodTown and a Wholesome Gourmet Market (smaller organic store) are within walking distance. Plus Saraghina, Eugene & Co, Peaches HotHouse, etc also walkable.
