Started my lease August 15th this year and recevied a new job days later that requires relocation. I cannot break the lease without a 4 month penalty, but can reassign it with no problem as long as they go through the management approval/application process. I am currently paid until Sept30th, and if anyone wants to take over the apartments sooner, they can have those days for free. My main concern is finding someone to just take it over.
