I have a one bedroom apartment on Broadway and 108th in a coop building for rent.
The building is quiet. The apartment is particularly quiet because one wall faces an outside wall. NO NEIGHBOR ON THAT SIDE. The upstairs neighbor is remarkably quiet, I'm serious! Really polite, quiet tenant up there. and then you have the street side. The building has a lounge with a pool table. You are welcome to use it. Plus, lounge can be reserved for private parties, etc. Washer and Dryer in the building. This, folks, is a great building to live in. I don't have photos of the lounge and I'm in California at the moment and can't get back. The Building super will show the apartment. When you go to see the apartment you can have a look at the lounge.
There is an application fee which I will personally refund once tenant has been approved and has moved into the apartment.
I am having the entire apartment painted this week.
