The apt is in great condition and an amazing location - I looked into other studio/1 bedroom options in the neighbourhood (I've seen close to 30 apts) and trust me there is nothing as good as this deal on the market.

Apartment is 2 flights up at the back of the building = very quiet. Wood floors, great closet space, 3 large windows, modern kitchen & bathroom. Bedroom is 11X8 with large closet. Living room is 12X18. I have already moved out most of my furniture, so please excuse that the photos make the place look very bare, but it's a great space. *Bed/dresser/couch all available for purchase at low cost if interested*

One of the best areas in Manhattan - I am only moving 2 blocks away as I'm so keen to stay in this neighbourhood. You are in the center of the LES, but protected from the busiest strip of bars and restaurants which keeps things nice and quiet. Great cafes, restaurants on every corner. Laundry/drycleaners on the corner. 24hr bodega on the corner. F train is 3 blocks away.
