Looking for a "lease assignment" of my ONE bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Bedstuy. Regular rent is $1600, if signed by Feb 1st, will chip in $500 to make rent $1500 over the course of the lease. There's also the opportunity to re-sign at the end of the lease in June.

The apartment is in a great location within Bedstuy right off the Bedford G Train Stop and various bus routes. It’s also around all the good restaurants and coffee shops that have sprouted up in the area and is very safe. The area is a mix of families and young people who work in the city, and is great for folks who like to be close to the action but not right in it. The apartment itself has an updated kitchen, the bedroom is spacious with a two door closet and right next to the bathroom on the first floor. There’s also free laundry in the building basement. The “second floor” would be my roommate's bedroom. Some more about the apartment:

- The second room is occupied by my lovely roommate who is a fellow young professional that works in Tax at Deloitte.
