The new lease would need to be thru April 29, 2020 at minimum. However, the management company would be happy to work with you to extend the lease for an additional year if so desired.

This management company is terrific. If anything is ever wrong (maintenance, repairs, etc.), there is an automated ticket system and they are usually here within the same day (emergencies they come right away).

The building is nice with a brick facade and elevator. There is also a backyard that you can get access to for a small annual fee.
