So I need someone who can! The management company is flexible about a sublet vs. your taking over the lease (through 4/30/2020), so the choice is yours. And I can easily provide (or not provide) a still-in-its-box new Leesa bed and other furnishings. 200 Mbps internet/wifi is already set up, so we can just transfer the account over to you when you move in.

The apartment is on the first floor in the rear of the building, with windows overlooking the courtyard and good sunlight in the bedroom. It's not a duplex, but there is a quarter of a flight of stairs between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment that adds charm. The in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, flooring, and bathroom are all completely new. Living room is roughly 15' x 8'9".
