Hi there, we’re Meghan and Bill and we’re looking for a family or a group of roommates to take over the last month of our lease and to sign on for a new lease. Move in date is May 1st, new lease date is June 1st. As a couple, this apartment has served us well, but it could also be great for a family or a group of friends who want to live together. 

About our home:

• Large, bright, and clean 5 bedroom/1.5 bathroom with a washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building. Neighbors are quiet and respectful
• For the past two years we have leveraged this layout so that we have a bedroom, a TV room, a room for a our Peloton and to do yoga, and for each of us to have an office
• 3 of the bedrooms can fit queen size bed, the remaining two can fit full size beds
• There are two bathrooms, a full that includes a tub, and a half with a sink and toilet
• There are closets in every room, with shelving and deep storage
• The apartment is 1 block away from Herbert Von King Park
• Roof access - a perfect 4th of July fireworks viewing spot
• Great location and close to shops, and bars
