This is a walkup in SoHo. It's a true 1br. Very centrally located -- near all the train lines, 12 minutes to penn station. Despite its central location, it quiets down at night after the nearby shops close.
It's a top floor walkup (5 flights) but as a result, the light is amazing and you get great views and light, and it's quieter.
