1,100 sqft. Classic Park Slop building, gorgeous stone. Second floor apartment with 2 Bedrooms 1 bathroom floor through apartment (with 9 windows, 5 closets!). Bedroom has 2 large bay windows with an additional stained-glass window. Can fit a King Sized bed with additional furniture. Second bedroom (we use as an office) with a closet and large window. Bathroom also has a large window with bathtub. Living/ Dining room is south facing and gets lots of natural light throughout the day includes another closet. Eat-in Kitchen with a large pantry(rare in NY) is also south facing with a large window so it gets natural light all day. Enough room to store your bikes in the apartment but also space in the building to store your bikes. Apartment has plenty of finishings like antique hallway mirror, crown molding and hardwood floors. Apartment can come partially furnished. If you want to stay beyond April you can sign a lease of your own. The super and landlord are very responsive! (CAVEAT: There is construction in the back of the building, but it's hard to hear and only happens from 8am-4pm weekdays.)

The neighborhood: lots of great restaurants, shops and bars right on 7th Avenue. Steps away from Blue Bottle coffee(my favorite!). Prospect Park, arguably NYC's finest is also just one block away. On weekends we get our groceries at the large Park Slope farmer's market(delicious veggies and duck confit) in Prospect Park or on Sunday's at the farmer's market on 5th avenue (you can buy rosemary infused olive oil, ugh so good!). Just a short walk to Gowanus, and the F train is a short walk, connecting you to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
