We're looking for someone to take over the lease of our two-bedroom apartment at 1040 Dean, starting August 1 and going until October, with the option of renewal.

The apartment is on the second floor and has floor to ceiling windows in both rooms, facing a leafy courtyard. The unit is very quiet, with no noise from the street or neighbors. The building is clean and well-maintained, with a great super who takes care of repairs within a day or less.

There is a big finished rooftop with grills and views of the skyline, and a gym with treadmills, free weights, etc. Finishes in the apartment are nice - hardwood floors, high ceilings, and quality appliances and a dishwasher in unit. Both bedrooms and the living room have central AC. The building has a doorman, package service, and two elevators. Washers and dryers on every floor.

Convenient location at the corner of Franklin and Dean, near lots of great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Short walk or bike ride to Prospect Park. CitiBike dock right in front of the building, and Food Garden grocery store downstairs. Short walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A and C trains.
