Sadly we are relocating abroad and must leave our perfect 45th floor alcove studio in the sky, so we're looking for someone to take our apartment. The apartment has lots of storage space, 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, Bosch washer and dryer in-unit, and full modern kitchen with LG dishwasher and appliances. Floor to ceiling windows face west with expansive Hudson river views, lots of light, and sunsets. It's wired for Verizon and Spectrum cable. The building is very pet friendly.

A 24/7 doormen is available to assist you with packages. There is a free weekday shuttle bus to bring you into central Midtown and to subways. The building hosts a full gym with daily classes, pool, and roof deck for an optional fee, which is much lower than most gyms in NYC - a great deal.

The neighborhood is in bustling Hells Kitchen and less than a block from the Hudson River Park and the beautiful waterfront biking and running paths. On the ground floor of the building, there is a coffee shop, dry cleaner, grocery, and pet care - everything is at your fingertips. The dining scene in Hells Kitchen is very active, with exceptional meals only a few minutes walk away. The nearest subway stop is the brand new Hudson Yards station, but the free weekday shuttle can take you into any of the other lines in central midtown. At the end of the day, you still get to escape it all with a sunset view in your home in the sky!

You'll need to submit an application to the building, which will include a credit check. You'd be taking over the remainder of our lease until it expires on July 31, 2017. You'd have the option to renew the lease prior to the end of July, if you want to stay in the building.

The landlord requires standard tenant documentation and a credit check.
