My roommate and I are looking for two people to take over our lease for our 2Bedroom apartment in Alphabet City. Rent is 3,325/month so ~$1,625 per person. It is within walking distance of Tompkins Square Park, artsy neighborhood, some of the best restaurants/bars in the East Village as well as the 6, L, F, J, M and Z trains.

This is a spacious 2-bed 1-bath. There is a completely separate kitchen complete with full sized appliances and dishwasher. There is ample space in the living area for a dining room table and many different sofa configurations. Both heat and hot water are INCLUDED in the rent.

You will need to pass the Management companies credit check, have first month's rent, and security deposit. (no fee!) Essentially you will be taking over our lease from 5/1/2017 - 12/31/2017. Please email me any questions/times you'd like to come by and see the apartment. Thanks.
