Monthly rent is $3,825 to be paid to the building. We’re only moving out early since we purchased an apartment.
Applicant(s) needs to be qualified financially and earn more than 45x the monthly rent, or more than $172,125.
Short summery:
- Doorman elevator luxury building with landscaped roof deck with BBQ grill and gym (both amenities free for residents)
- South facing
- Recently renovated with hardwood floors, ample kitchen storage, and three large closets
- Quiet, large true 1 bedroom apartment (can be flexed into 2 easily)
- Convenient location on a quiet residential street in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen near Columbus Circle
Bed with 3 under bed drawers and sofa can come free with a lease assignment of the apartment if you would like so the unit is move-in ready, or the apartment can be delivered completely empty.
The apartment is a peaceful and very sunny south facing true 1 bedroom (can also be flexed into two) recently renovated apartment in a luxury building. We face a courtyard with the other half of our building (far enough away to get plenty of sun - photos are taken on a cloudy day and there’s even a lot of sun), so the unit is away from street noise. Lastly, our unit is one of the largest 1 bedroom apartments in our building and has a kitchen with a lot of storage cabinet space.
The building offers a laundry room (pay with app or laundry card), gym (no additional fee), roof deck with a barbecue grill (no additional fee), and a bike storage room (no additional fee - we currently have two bike spots).
The neighborhood is very centrally located and close to many subway lines - E, B, D, 1, N, Q, R, A, C. In less than half a block from the apartment, there are tons of restaurants (Hell’s Kitchen 9th ave) representing many different cuisines. You are also half a mile away from Central Park and the Hudson River Greenway so you can easily access park space to get some nature while in the city.
