Looking for a trustworthy sublessee for my Brooklyn Heights studio. Dates are somewhat flexible. Ideally looking to start sublease in early May, running for at least a couple months. Potential to take over lease in November. Since I’m not sure what my plans are, this will function as a month-to-month situation with preference given to people looking to stay long-term.
