I live in a huge studio (750 square feet) in the heart of Park Slope, 5-10 minutes away from Barclays Center and Prospect Park. My lease ends on June 30, but I am looking to move out my May 1st, and looking for someone to sign a 14 month lease starting on May 1st. There would be no move in or brokers fees, and the rent is staying the same at $2150, so a great deal! There is a huge kitchen and updated bathroom, and plenty of space to fit my oversized couch, desk, dresser, bed, and additional furniture. There are two huge closets, tons of storage space above the closets, and lots of cabinets and storage in the kitchen. The apartment faces the back of the building and it is extremely quiet. There are also two ceiling fans that keep the apartment really cool when it's warm out, and a working fireplace for when it's cold. I will also keep my air conditioning unit in the apartment for the next person who lives here. I have loved living here, but for personal reasons, need to move out early!
