1BR with huge, private yard/patio (paved but with lots of green, climbing vines--the super keeps them neat!). This is the only unit with access to the space. We have a large patio table with six chairs and a grill back there. It's basically a summer kitchen!

The bedroom fits a full bed an not much else, but there are build in book shelves (deep) and a large closet (high ceiling). We mounted a TV and small shelf and have a little bedside shelf. Recommend a bed with storage underneath. There is a second, equally large closet right outside of the BR. The LR and Kitchen is open and flexible-- up to your needs/creativity. We added a kitchen cart for more counter space and a floor cabinet to hold microwave. There is a dishwasher. One wall is exposed brick. There is a filled in old fireplace nook that we use for hidden storage behind the loveseat in the LR. Space is easy to keep warm/cool. Wood floors.

The bathroom has a tub and great water pressure. Again, on the small side.

Really high ceilings throughout. This unit is on the ground floor but it is very quiet-- I never here (or even see, really) neighbors.

Street parking in this neighborhood is pretty good. No laundry in building, but there is a huge laundromat one block away. Large Key Food less than a block away, also every amenity you might need very nearby. One block to the C train at Clinton-Washington (short walk to the G). 15-20 minute walk from Prospect Park, Fort Green Park, Atlantic Terminal, and a nice walk to nearby Fort Green, Park Slope, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy. I really can't say enough about this great area!!
