My roommate and I are moving out of town and sadly need to vacate our two bedroom apartment in the East Village. We are looking for someone to take over our lease, ideally beginning January 1, 2017 (move in date may be negotiable for the right tenant!). The apartment is a second floor walk-up right on the corner of Tompkins Square Park. It has updated appliances, lots of natural light, built in shelving in both bedrooms, ample closet space, access to a ton of outdoor roof space. Pets are allowed. Rent is $3,200 per month, and there is NO BROKER'S FEE for this apartment since we are looking for replacement tenants ourselves.
