I am looking to transfer the lease of my entire two-bedroom apartment from now until the end of July, with the potential to renew for a full year after that. We have loved living in this apartment but because I am moving from New York to take a job that starts immediately, we cannot finish out our term. Details below:

The rent is $2,027 per month plus utilities (electricity and Internet) on the current version of the lease.

It includes two bedrooms, kitchen and a full bathroom. A major perk is that there is a washer/dryer in the actual apartment, as well. It is a fifth-floor walk-up that receives a ton of natural light in all the rooms. Great neighborhood close to restaurants, supermarkets and very close to major train lines like the A/B/C/D and the 1/2/3.
