The apartment is a good sized 1 BR 1 BA located 2 blocks from the Gates Ave stop on the J, at the corner of Bushwick and Grove Ave on the border of Bushwick and Bed-Stuy. Lots of great restaurants in the area, its a short walk to the heart of Bushwick and all bars on Myrtle and Wyckoff Aves. 10 minute walk to the Knickerbocker Ave. stop on the M. The apartment has a large bedroom that should be able to accommodate any size bed, a large living room, and a BIG private balcony. It is close to the J but you can't hear the train from the apartment, so don't worry about noise - it's a pretty quiet street. New appliances, nice bathroom, 2 BIG closets. Laundry in the basement. I really enjoyed living in this apartment. It's a quick 7 stops to the LES and maybe 15 minutes to the financial district via the J. 3rd floor walk-up.
