This is water front studio in the Avalon Riverview North building. I am looking for a person to take over my lease that ends June 1 and is able to be renewed upon the ending of the lease. It is 3 blocks from the 7 train on Vernon-Jackson Ave and 3 blocks from the East River Ferry in the opposite direction.
