Hey There! I'm seeking 2 roommates to join my lease in a 3 bedroom/2 full bath apartment in Jersey City.

The Run Down:
-- Two, ample-sized bedrooms are open in my first floor apartment starting Sep. 1, 2017.
-- Rent is $1050 / month per person; utilities typically amount to less than $60 / month (internet, electric/gas)
-- The apartment is about 2,000 sq. ft., so both rooms easily fit a queen bed + night table/dressers and feature double-door closets. Our landlord (who is awesome) will be replacing the carpet with wood flooring in both bedrooms.
-- Roommates share additional storage space in the HUGE living room closets and in the laundry room. Last, both bedrooms share a full bath, which sits right across the hall. Note, my bedroom has a separate bath that is not shared.
-- Roommates share 1 parking spot (no additional cost) in driveway. There is also on-street parking, which is never hard to come by.
-- The apartment has central Heat (Gas) and Air.
-- There's a laundry room inside apartment with Full Washer Dryer
-- Then you have the modern Kitchen with stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and Microwave. White Gas Stove/Oven.

About Me:
I'm a young-professional in my mid-twenties from NJ and working at a marketing agency in Midtown. I am super easy going, clean, and adventurous. I love shopping, cooking, traveling, meeting new people, and trying the newest restaurants in town. I like to take it easy on week nights and go out in Hoboken, JC or the city on the weekends. I do not bring the party home and would expect the same from you. I do, however, have guests/family over occasionally and your guests would be just as welcome! Last, I have the sweetest 4-year-old housebroken doxie/terrier who does not live in the unit full-time, but does occasionally come to visit!
