My room is perfect for a Manhattan or Downtown Brooklyn commuter - 30 minutes or 15 minutes max to each, respectively, with all the comfort, quiet, and safety of Brooklyn's coziest neighborhood. Step out of the building and the subway station is right there. I am looking to move out of my current apartment (into a new one with my girlfriend, nothing to do with the situation), so the room is available. It is the largest room in the apartment, with a nice sized closet, and it fits a queen bed and desk comfortably with room for a dresser/tv/etc. Full kitchen, bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, secure building. Heat and water included. Directly adjacent to F/G/R trains. Nearby grocery store, as well as plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Rite Aid and bagel shop just at the top of the block.
