I recently moved, and I'm looking to sublet my clean, quiet 1-BR apartment in Crown Heights ASAP. There is the option to take over my lease, which ends on August 31st, 2021 (and can be easily renewed). Preference for those who can move-in / pay rent ASAP, as I'm stuck paying double rent at the moment!

** DESCRIPTION**
This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.
You would be renting the entire 1BR (no roommates!), which includes:
- Full bedroom (queen bed + clean bedding + closet)
- Full bathroom (with tub + shower)
- Large living room (with desk + TV + hallway closet)
- Separate, cozy kitchen (with gas stove + microwave + toaster)
- There are also 2 window AC units, currently stored in the closets.

Heat and hot water are included. Other utilities, which are not included, are:
- Optimum cable (internet) - $85 / month
- National Grid (gas) - $20-40 / month
- Con Ed (electric) - $50-$150 / month, depending on season and usage.
