We're looking for a sublet to share the apartment with a poet, her dog Trout, and another fellow subletter. It’s a spacious apartment half a block from Astoria Park and the East River. The place gets flooded with light especially during the sunset. You would be subletting 1.5 rooms with private access to a porch. It's a sweet location come summer time.

Your roommate to be is a writer and educator in her late twenties. We're looking to keep the household vibe relaxed and harmonious. We'd love to find someone who lives an independent life but is also social and down to occasionally make food together or have a drink at the house.

We are a 15-minute walk to the N/W 30th Ave stop in Astoria. One block away from a corner store, a charming neighborhood bar, and two laundromats.

The rent is $1150 plus utilities/cleaning services. Utilities/services are $30 gas/electricity, $15 internet, $30 cleaning service.
