I am relocating from NY to LA for work. My apartment is avail for a lease takeover starting 9/29 with an option to takeover until the end of the lease 3/31/20 or start a new 12 month lease.

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and absolutely love it. I’ve been in this apartment/building for 6 months and am so sad to be leaving it prematurely! I’m moving for work to LA and the leasing company is completely on board with finding a new tenant to take over the lease from 10/1 through 3/31/20 or starting a new 12-month lease on 10/1 - up to you.

I leased the large L shaped sofa, Queen sized bed frame and round dining table from Feather. There’s an option to takeover the lease for that as well. I’m also open to selling everything else like lamps, TV + sound bar, dresser, mirror and bar cart. Let me know if you’d be interested in that. This apt could be fully furnished if you’d like!

You have access to the entire building, including finished rooftop, laundry & gym (w/ 2 peloton bikes!) in the basement.
