Hi, I have to move for a job in Florida by the end of the month. The leasing company is forcing me to find someone to move in and take over my lease. You will have to be approved by management and you will start your own lease with the company at $2295 till April, it is rent stabilized so you will be able to renew your lease again and will not have to move out. Or you can start a longer lease with the company it's your choice.
2 and half years ago I looked all over the upper west side and Harlem and this is by far the best deal in Manhattan, I know I searched. The location is 151st but it's between Broadway and Riverside drive which is everything. You walk 50 yards and you have a beautiful view of the GW Bridge, amazing parking on Riverside drive. Subways close to the apartment are 1, A,C,B,D.
If you want to run to riverbank park 5 min if you want to bike to the GW Bridgde, 10 min.
The best thing about the apartment is how beautiful it is inside. It was such a great find that I committed to the apartment 2 weeks before appliances went in. They converted a 2 bedroom into 1 and it's a huge 1 Bedroom. Awesome kitchen and bathroom, Marble everywhere. Everything is 2 years old and in perfect shape. Dish washer, perfect stove/top oven, microwave, tiled floors etc.
YOU WILL FEEL LIKE A BANKER WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS APARTMENT. (sorry about the pictures, I'm in a rush to get this out there)
Not going to lie not much of a view but it's such a steal for Manhattan and Riverside Drive is so amazing, you won't care. You can't even come close to getting this at this price in the city.
First floor with a trash shoot 10 feet away. Laundry is one floor down on the elevator. I love our neighbors.
You will hear NOTHING in the apartment above or next to you. I don't know if anyone is above or next to us because you could hear a pin drop at all times. This place is amazing and I'm bummed we have to leave. Text me "Apartment" if you are interested (917)583-5277 to take a look and then I will pass you along to the building leasing office (I will show all week). I'm not a broker I just need to get rid of this because I'm a teacher and I can't pay the penalty's for lease break. This is the best deal in Manhattan if you are not SUPER RICH!
