I have a very sweet, clean, newly renovated and bright 1br in Williamsburg on the same block as the Lorimer L.
I love my place but am given the opportunity to relocate for work and would like to take it.

The landlord is amazing, he lives upstairs with his family and is very attentive, respectful, and laid back.

He does require good credit and good income, but this is to be expected.

DETAILS:

The apartment has a tub and a new tiled bathroom with great water pressure, hot water, and a heater in the bathroom.
There is great closet space in bathroom, bed, and entryway.
The bedroom is very large for NYC standards... at least 150 sq ft maybe bigger.
The kitchen is updated with nice finishings and a dishwasher.
Laundry is right across the street.
The rooms each have their own heating and cooling systems.
There is no direct sunlight since it passes over the building, but it's bright all the time and my plants are super healthy and happy.
It's remarkably quiet considering the location- I myself and very sensitive to noise and it's obvious the landlord invested a lot into making this a very comfortable and livable space.

I have loved living here. It's ideal for a couple or single person who loves to have plenty of space. No pets.
