started this lease March 1, 2020 because I was planning to relocate to NYC for work. My relocation plans have changed and I am no longer moving to NYC. The apartment currently has some basic furniture that I moved in the first week of my lease, but then I flew back to California and have since not been back to the apartment. The apartment is in fantastic condition and in a really great location right by super markets, the mall, etc.

This is a lease assignment, meaning you would be taking over the remainder of my lease which ends Feb 28, 2021.
