It is a single room ($1,060/month) on the third floor of a walk-up apartment at 89 Guernsey Street, Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

You will be living with three of my friends (all guys in their late 20's/early 30's) with a shared kitchen and single bathroom. The building also has a shared wash machine/dryer in the basement and a shared outside space with tables/benches.

The price and location is really hard to beat.

All within walking distance:

- McCarren Park (huge park with baseball, soccer, volleyball, and a track for running)

- Tons of restaurants

- Great nightlife (tons of bars/clubs)

- The water with views of Manhattan,

- A few gyms,

- Williamsburg (right on the border),

- The G Subway Line (Naussau, 2 minutes away) and the L Subway Line (Bedford, 10 minutes away).
