My apartment is 2 mins walk from the Pratt Institute and 5mins walks from the Pratt Studio. There are lots of restaurants under the building. Keyfoods and Blick art supply are across the street.

The building features king size bedroom, two floor to ceiling windows, elevator, dish washer, laundry in unit and gym.
