Tiny , unique one-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side with it's own private backyard. It was my personal apartment for 7 years. My lease is up May 31, 2017 and want to find someone that would appreciate it and possibly buy my backyard furniture for $500. Not a deal breaker though.

Upper East 70s + York Avenue. clean, well kept one bedroom on first floor walk-up, living room door opens up to a private backyard oasis with a deck, flooring, garden. 5 blocks to subway. Very stable landlord (owns several buildings) -- small incremental raises every year (+/- $50).
