Newly renovated building!! There is a gym in the basement, laundry and a cinema room still being finished. There is also secure ground floor parking that requires a key code to enter, which is great if you have a car, there's a charge for this but as we don't have a car we never inquired.

We told the landlord about are situation and asked if we could put an ad up, so you would be taking over our lease. It's a lovely building and the landlord is one of the best I've dealt with. So you would just deal directly with him, easy.

Outgoing tenant is open to selling some of the furniture, wall mounted TV etc to save having to move it. The couch and bed are only a couple of months old from World Market and would be easier to leave in and buy again than move anyway :) but whatever works.
