I am looking for someone to take over my lease in my 1 BR apt in Williamsburg. The apartment would be unfurnished and is available as early as May 1st. I have 2 months left on my lease but you have the option to sign a new 1 year lease after that. You can also sign a 1 year lease as of May 1 if that is preferred. Dog and Cat friendly.
