Looking for someone to take over my current lease which has 6 months to go.

The unit is a studio of around 500 sqft. The building is right next to Queensboro Plaza(N/W/7 trains) and a 5-minute walk from Queens Plaza(E/M/R trains).

This is a lease assignment. You'll go through the same application process with the management as a new tenant and get the apartment at the price specified in my current lease.
