BIG ROOM! Easily fits a queen size bed. On a quiet street so hardly any noise at all. W/D in unit. Dishwasher. Central AC and heating. The apartment itself is about 1,000 sq ft. Great landlord! No bugs or rats ever!
A 3 min walk to the Lorimer/Metropolitan stop on the L and G. The cat is so sweet and love-able. My current roommate is so sweet/ clean/ friendly/ and respectful. I LOVE living here (have been for 2 years)! I would have renewed the lease, but I got accepted into med school in TN so I can't stay :(

Option to rent until mid October. Or rent until mid October and renew the lease for as long as you want.
