This one bedroom on a quiet, tree-lined street is amazing. Renovated in last year, so it has brand new kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. The main room has an open concept kitchen (with an island for extra seating), a breakfast nook, and a large living room with floor to ceiling windows that opens onto a private balcony. The bedroom gets filled with a ton of light, and easily fits any size bed plus a sitting chair and a few dressers. There is an in-unit washer/dryer in a laundry room with space for extra storage (also storage in the hallway next to the bathroom). It's on the 3rd floor of an elevator building that only has 8 units, and is pet-friendly. There are two large dog parks within 10 minute walks also!

The super lives next door, and management is really quick and professional with all concerns.

LOCATION:
The apartment is a 10min walk from the Graham Stop of the L, and a 10-12 min walk from the Nassau stop of the G.

It's right off Graham and there are new bars and restaurants popping up every month...some of my favorites within a few blocks are the Richardson, Ringlevio, Concord Hill, Goldie's, The Pie Shop, Little Dokebi's, The Drift, Night of Joy, King's County Imperial, and One Stop Beer Shop. During the summer there are 2 farmer's markets <5 min walk from the apartment on the weekends.


This place is seriously amazing. Sad to leave, and hoping I can find someone to take it off my hands!
