We unfortunately need to move before our lease is up at the end of February and are looking for someone to take over the apartment. We've lived here for over four years and have absolutely loved it. The apartment has every amenity, including new appliances (high-end stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer), soaring ceilings, harbor views, and a balcony. The building includes a shared roof deck, gym, common space, children's play room, bike room, basement storage, and is conveniently located within a few short blocks of major subway lines (2/3/4/5/R/A/C), bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much everything else. It's also a short walk to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Move-in date is flexible between July and October 2018.
