Also: The neighborhood! Sternberg Park is nearby if you want some open space - or to watch some summer softball from the roof. Fantastic coffee, tea, and Vietnamese sandwiches on the block. Two blocks from a great grocery store. Stretch your legs to some of Williamsburg's best brunch spots. You're four blocks from the L, G, J, M, and Z trains. The abundance of trains puts you an easy 30 minutes or less from Financial District, the Village, and Midtown.
