The building is BRAND NEW, when I moved in last year it was still under construction. The space is a 2 BEDROOM, one is HUGE (ample space to fit a king size bed, chest-of-drawers, and desk). The other is smaller, PERFECT for an office space, guest room, or TV/living room space. The kitchen furnished with state-of-the-art appliances, all brand-new and in PRISTINE condition. There is a balcony with more room for just for a set of chairs and a table... and accessibility to a great roof-top space. Utilities are NOT included, however the building does not have gas... MEANING everything is electric and very eco-efficient and friendly. Con-ed and internet ONLY!!!
All material-reasons aside, the MAIN reason I got this apartment was for its UNBELIEVABLE proximity to the CENTRAL AVENUE M TRAIN. I mean, it's literally a 30-second walk. However, you would never know because it absolutely cannot be heard from the apartment building.
If it weren't for my need to move away, I would definitely stay here for many years to come. Please email or text me if you have any questions. I'm flexible with the move in/lease date (Feb.15th move-in could be a possibility).
