We are moving to CA and looking to sublease our amazing apartment as soon as June 1st (flexible). The building is only ~2 years old, we were the first tenants in this unit and we moved in December 2018. The lease is up at the end of February and you will have the option to renew at that time.

Studio is large open concept with all new appliances (including dishwasher and laundry). Kitchen is spacious with a lot of storage and ample counter space. Both the living and sleeping areas have large windows. We currently have a queen mattress, but there is more than enough space for a King. There are two built in units for AC & heat under the windows. Bathroom is very large, with a lot of storage (vanity & medicine cabinet holds A LOT).

As mentioned, building is new and has many amenities including 24/7 doorman, gym, common areas, and roof (amazing views of the skyline!). Building is pet friendly!

AMAZING location - close to all major subways. Getting into Manhattan is VERY easy. Very close to Fort Greene park and great restaurants & bars on Dekalb, Fulton, & Lafayette. Regarding grocery shopping there are many options all within ~5 minutes - Trader Joes, WholeFoods 365, Target (Atlantic), and City Target (City Point).
