1800/month rent is net pay - 2100 is gross pay each month for 6 months and the 7th month is free

I am looking for someone to take over my bedroom in my 4 bedroom apartment, more details below about the room. The building is incredible with a beautiful rooftop gym and lounge

The flex bedroom takes up some of the living room space, therefore making the living room small. The full kitchen has state-of-the-art equipment and is very functional. Refrigerator is huge.

The roommates (including myself) are all men and 23 years old. We all work in finance and sales. We are a fun group of roommates that are quiet on the weekdays but like to have fun on the weekends.

I am looking to move because I am looking to move to a single in the January/February timeframe when rent is cheaper. The person that replaces me will replace me on the lease. Will have to go through background check and whatnot.
