My partner and I *LOVE* our apartment in Greenpoint, but unfortunately I am taking a job abroad and we're forced to move! Our lease is not up until the end of June, but we need to move out by March 1. Ideally, we would like to find someone who is interested in taking over our lease (with option to renew); however, we are also willing to consider subletting options. We are happy to discuss with you and come to a mutually agreeable solution!

THE APARTMENT/BUILDING: it is a beautiful and modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with three closets (see floor plan). The building has a large rooftop with view of Manhattan, a courtyard (with outdoor kitchen and grill), resident lounge (with media center, entertaining kitchen, and restroom), a business center (with an iMac, PC, and printer), free wifi in all public areas, elevator, and the friendliest doorman / building staff in the world! Parking is also available in building (for added cost), as is bike storage. There is also a Zipcar facility in the building, and a free bike share program with bikes in the covered garage. Pets are allowed with deposit. Washer/dryer on floor (but not in unit).

NEARBY: Within walking distance are numerous great bars, restaurants, and cafes, including Milk and Roses, Le Fanfare, Glasserie, Saint Vitus, Sweetleaf, Eagle Trading Co., Champion, Ashbox, Lobster Joint, Barley, Anella, and many more. The building is also finishing a new grocery store on the ground level called Gourmet A'Fare.

TRANSPORT: It is a 10-minute walk to the 7 stop (Vernon-Jackson Blvd), and an 8-minute walk to the G stop (Greenpoint Ave.). The B43 bus picks up directly in front of the building, which can take you to the L train in approximately 10 minutes. Th B62 bus also picks up a few blocks away, and can take you to Williamsburg (and also the L train) in about 10 minutes as well. Finally, it is a 10 minute walk to the East River Ferry.
