This apartment is an amazing find and my roommate and I are hoping to find a wonderful 3rd person to share it with. We are both CA girls in our late 20s who have lived in NY for a year. I'm in advertising and my roommate is in sales so we both have 9-5(ish) jobs. We enjoy grabbing a drink together occasionally or binging a Netflix show together on rainy days but we also each have our own things going on and are looking for a roommate that would be similar. It's important that you be clean and respectful but other than that we're pretty easy to live with. We are social and enjoy going out to try new restaurants and bars, but are also responsible adults who do not bring the party home and would want the same from you. We are looking for someone who does not smoke/do drugs and no pets please.
