Where do you start when youre trying to describe the perfect apt? You already know its a doorman building in the perfect area with all the amenities but what cant you see from the features checklist? Well to start, the building is awesome. The doormen are more friends than staff and they help cultivate a community feel in the building. You'll run into the same people on the roof grilling steaks and drinking wine on a regular basis and their love for the building always comes out. (Oh yeah, there are 3 communal grills on the roof. How cool is that?). This apt is overlooking the super quiet 24th street which never has any noise. There are tons of awesome restaurants on the surrounding blocks but you also have highline access on your block where you can take a short 10 min walk to the WV, Theres bike storage in the basement in case you want to take advantage of the nearby WSH bikepath, but the best part of the apartment is the private huge roofdeck adjacent to the living room. Weve had 20+ guests there no problem and use it daily in the summer/spring/fall. Really going to miss this place. Whoever lands it is getting a steal.
