I am looking to find someone to take over my apartment lease. I live in a studio on 39th St. and 3rd Ave. that’s 585 sq. ft. but the rent is steep at $3,106/monthly. The price includes water, trash and the building gym membership. Electricity is the only utility that is paid separately.

There is a washer and dryer in unit, doorman in building, and a rooftop deck with grill. The closest subway station is Grand Central.

I will be moving out before the end of this month, so the entire apartment is available for rent. Move-in available starting 7/21 (apartment is paid for through 7/31), rent is due 8/1.
